Can we migrate from file-service.com or Bensky?+
Yes. We import dealers, price lists and catalogue, and both portals run in parallel until you switch.
Who can see my original files?+
Nobody. Your corpus is tenant-isolated and improves your matches only. Partners see one order's files while a delegation is active — then access expires.
Do you take a cut of my orders?+
Only in the pool: 80% to the tuner who does the work, 15% to the referring workspace, 5% to us. Your own dealers' orders are 100% yours.
Which payment methods can my dealers use?+
Cards, iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA — or credits, or monthly invoicing. You choose per dealer.
What happens if I cancel?+
Export everything and leave. No exit fees, no guilt trips. Monthly contract, cancel in the app.
